A Thought For the Fans Back Home

I've been away from home for a couple of weeks now. With the tournaments so close together, its not practical to fly home between events, so we are all "on the road" now.

In Germany today, there was a 2 hour rain delay, and I was one of a handful of players still to complete their second round. I was right on the cut line with just 3 holes to go when we were called off. With most of the players in, there were no complicated mathematical permutations, it was dead easy: par or better for the last 3 holes and I would be here for the weekend; any dropped shots and I was out.

My friends and family at home tell me they were all glued to....the internet. The live scoring here is great, literally with hole by hole coverage, so everyone was linked in pressing their refresh buttons and willing the holes to pass. Apparently it take AGES to play a hole when you can't watch it live.

Well thanks all for following, and as you see, I managed those 3 pars, so I'm back out early tomorrow.
