About Holly26 year old Holly Aitchison from Bedfordshire joined the Ladies European Tour in January 2009 after a dramatic top 20 finish at Q-School (just 10 weeks earlier, Holly had been hobbling around on crutches). Holly is 5'7' tall with brown hair and blue eyes. She started playing golf at the age of 11 having been introduced to the game by father and brother. Holly represented Bedfordshire as a junior and as an adult, and won the County Championship 3 times. Holly lives in Bedford, England. Holly has improved every year on the Ladies European Tour. She started 2013 ranked 32 on the ISPS Handa Order Of Merit after a very successful 2012, which saw her match or better all her career best milestones: lowest round, highest finish, most cuts, most top 10s, most birdies in a round...it goes on. Definitely one to watch out for this year. Holly has a career best finish of 2nd place at the Deloitte Dutch Ladies Open in 2011 and the Sanya Ladies Open in China in 2012 as well as 5 other top 10 finishes. |
